ANNA SPENCELEY, MBA
CFO, Co-Founder
Anna Spenceley is one of the co-founders of the company. Anna is a proven international finance leader with experience in acquisitions and building finance teams to support rapid growth. Anna specializes in the growth and sale of PE backed businesses, acquisitions, business organization, company valuations, and due diligence, international business strategy and execution, financial analysis, financial planning, cash flow, implementing financial and accounting systems, and financial controls.
Before founding 3A, she was a VP of Finance and later a VP of Strategic Development for a Private Equity owned international consumer services business, ICWG. As VP of Finance Anna has built a finance and accounting infrastructure to support company’s high growth in US market. Anna also led the company organization in the US, including legal and finance structure. Under Anna’s management the company successfully acquired and integrated over hundred businesses with the $170M of combined annual revenue.
Anna’s prior experience also includes CFO and Controller positions for growth companies in real estate and service sector.
Anna has an MBA in Corporate Finance from University of Colorado.
Anna is Masters Track and Field athlete, ranked in the top 20 in USA. Anna also enjoys hiking, and skiing in Colorado.

Financial Controller, Co-Founder
Anna Spencer is a Corporate Practice Lead and Controller Consultant at 3A Financial Consulting. She oversees 3As corporate clients including sourcing, engagement execution as well as service and relationship management.
Anna has over 15 years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors. Her experience includes managing the day-to-day accounting functions, financial analysis and treasury. In her career, Anna has actively participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions. She has experience working with technology startups and building their financial and accounting procedures as well as investor reporting packages. Anna’s goal with 3A Financial Consulting is to help businesses create effective financial reporting and accounting procedures, make strategic business decisions, think forward and create their success.
Anna is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Anna is an active member of the community and actively volunteers at local schools. She is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys hiking and biking. She loves reading and travel.
